You’ve looked all over the web, and brought about anything you could get your hands on that you thought looked like the best treatment for back acne at the time.
I’ve been there and done that, and I understand the frustration that comes along with buying something, using it with high hopes that it might be what you need to finally get rid of your acne, only to be disappointed, yet again.
Because I know where you are coming from, I’d like to share a particularly cheap (if you don’t already have it), and effective method of getting rid of the acne on your back. All I ask is if it works for you, you pass it on to someone else who might need it. Sound good? Cool.
Baking Soda is one of the best things for acne. Now, I know your thinking that there’s no way this simple kitchen product could do anything for your back acne, or you’ve already tried it before and didn’t get the results you were looking for.
Bare with me for a second and I’ll show you why this is such a great way to treat your acne, and why this time will be different.
Why Baking Soda Is So Good
When you look at most popular acne products, their all meant to do certain things. Some clean away the dead skin cells, others try to lessen the redness of your acne, and a few will attempt to dry up a pimple.
Baking soda does all these things and more, and it does them well.
When I started using this simple household product for my back acne, I noticed that it was pretty effective at stopping future breakouts that my other acne cleansers had a hard time doing. It reduced the redness (and therefore the size of a pimple), left my skin feeling smooth like a babies bottom. And, what I thought was one of the most important things, my scars from previous acne had begun to fade away. These are the main reasons why I call this the best treatment for back acne.
Not too bad for a kitchen product aye?
How To Use It
When you’re taking a shower, apply enough baking soda to cover the areas of your body with acne to either your hands or a gentle scrubber. Then, massage into your skin in a clockwise motion. Let the baking soda sit for a few minutes, then rinse.
Now here’s why using baking soda this time will be different, and more effective.
Right before you get ready to rinse off your back of the cleanser, turn the water to cold and use that to rinse. Why? Cold water constricts your pores, making them smaller and helps reduce how red your pimples are. Cold water also helps your body produce healthy skin cells faster, helping your body heal the pimples quicker.
Even some of the most expensive products on the market can’t do what to be the best treatment for back acne can do. So from one back acne sufferer to another, give it a try, if you give it an honest effort and are patient, you’ll see the results you’re looking for.
